St. Vincent de Paul Phoenix is please to present “Flowers that Feed” cards. “Flowers that Feed” cards are a distinctive way to honor your loved one or that special someone by providing nourishing, hot meals in one of our five Phoenix area charity dining rooms.

St. Vincent de Paul worked in conjunction with artist Bertica Garcia Dubus of the Dominican Republic to create custom-designed gift cards that tell your friends and family that you have honored them with the gift of hope. Bertica Garcia Dubus was formerly the artist in residence at the Artist’s Studio at the Farm in Phoenix and is currently the solo artist exhibiting at Northern Trust Bank in Scottsdale. The Classical/Realistic style of her oil paintings bring light and shadow to things we often cut and put in vases, but don’t always see.

Whether it is a special anniversary celebration, a birthday milestone or the graduation of a cherished child, “Flowers that Feed” is a meaningful donation to honor a loved one with the gift of joy that comes from providing much needed programs and services to the less fortunate throughout central and northern Arizona.

Each beautiful, custom-designed card is inscribed with the number of meals your donation will provide. By providing this information we allow the recipient of your thoughtful gift to see the impact of their donation on families in need. “Flowers that Feed” gift cards are available in three distinctive styles and corresponding donation amounts. Your gift of nourishment for those less fortunate will bring hope to many and joy to your heart.

For your donation of $25, a bouquet of Sunflowers will brighten the day for a family of four in need by providing one week of nourishing meals in our charity dining rooms.

For your donation of $50, you will receive a beautiful bouquet of Tulips that will provide two weeks of nourishing meals in our charity dining rooms for a family of four.

Your gift of $100 will purchase a stunning bouquet of Roses that will allow us to provide nourishing meals for a family of four for one month in our charity dining rooms.
