2010’s “Bird on Bikes” turkey drive brought in hundreds of birds along with generous monetary contributions for hungry families in Arizona. Members of the Modified Motorcycle Association of Arizona (MMA-Az) kicked off their 12th annual ride from locations all over the valley with turkeys strapped to the back of their motorcycles. Riders flocked to drop off the birds at St. Vincent De Paul’s Watkins Campus in Phoenix where they were treated to lunch, live music, and a tour of the nine-acre facility.

All of the turkeys went to feed families who might not otherwise have had a turkey on the table for Thanksgiving.
