give yourself credit

up to $400 in tax CREDIT for your donation

When you donate to the Society of St Vincent de Paul, the Arizona Charitable Tax Credit allows you to receive a dollar-for-dollar tax credit if you itemize deductions on your Arizona state income tax return.

As a qualifying 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, the Phoenix Diocesan Council for the Society of St. Vincent de Paul uses your tax deductible donation to help the homeless and working poor in your community. You can receive a tax credit of up to $400 when married filing a joint return, or up to $200 when filing as an individual – single or married filing separately. Since this is a tax credit, your final tax liability is directly reduced by the amount of your donation.

That means that although your charitable contributions increase, your tax liability is directly decreased by the same dollar amount (up to $400). Simply complete AZ Form 321 and include it with your state tax filing in order to receive the credit. AZ Form 321 is also available at the Arizona Department of Revenue website at www.azdor.gov.

Your tax deductible donation provides care to working poor, uninsured adults and children at the St. Vincent de Paul Virginia G. Piper Medical and Dental Clinic, helps us serve up about 3,500 meals per day in one of our five charity dining rooms and helps support the vital work of alleviating hunger in Arizona through our Food Reclamation Center which collects food items donated by area grocery stores and food drives.

Help us continue to serve those in need through your Charitable Tax Credit Contributions.
